Instructors

Below are the guest instructors and instructors of Bothell Aikido.

Aaron R. Clark, born 1971, began regular training in judo at age five and started aikibudo and jodo at age thirteen. As a youngster Clark won numerous state and national level judo championships. He is 7th dan, Shihan Jiyushinkai, 3rd dan judo, and his main teachers include: C. E. Clark and K. Geis, and he has also  studied Shinto Muso Ryu Jo (gomokuroku) with Phil Relnick. Aaron Sensei is a guest instructor at Bothell Aikido.

Amanda Ambrosio, born 1971, began martial arts training at age 21, in Tae Kwon Do. Two years later she found her true passion when she started studying Jiyushinkai Aikido. She is a yondan (4th degree black belt), founder of Bothell Aikido and her main teachers include: C.E. Clark and Aaron Clark. She also studies Shinto Muso Ryu Jo (menkyo) with Phil Relnick.  Amanda is an instructor at Bothell Aikido.
